Sometimes a single payment is all that stands between a family having a home and being homeless.
In an effort to help families keep their home, LCS offers zero interest loans and grants to help with back rent or mortgage and, security deposit.

Participants in the LCS Housing Assistance Program must meet eligibility requirements. Call 302 654-8886, for more information and to schedule an appointment.
We encourage all loan and grant clients to enroll in financial literacy programs provided by established providers or this service. These agencies include YWCA Delaware (with which we have a special partnership), Delaware Money School, Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware, West End Neighborhood House, and Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council (DCRAC).
